DESCRIPTION:Γαστρονομική εκδήλωση που διοργανώνει η Σχολή Επιστημών Ζωής και Υγείας του Πανεπιστημίου Λευκωσίας\, σε συνεργασία με τη Σχολή Δημόσιας Υγείας του Πανεπιστημίου Yale\, την Τρίτη 12 Μαρτίου στο LOFT Restaurant (στον 12o όροφο της εστίας SIX).\n \n\n\nΗ εκδήλωση θα πραγματοποιηθεί υπό την αιγίδα του Προέδρου της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας\, γεγονός που υπογραμμίζει τη σημασία της εκδήλωσης και τη δέσμευση του Πανεπιστημίου Λευκωσίας για προώθηση του κυπριακού πολιτισμού και της γαστρονομίας\, καθώς και τη στήριξη κοινωνικά επωφελών σκοπών.\n \n\n\nΌλα τα κέρδη από την εκδήλωση θα διατεθούν στο Καραϊσκάκειο Ίδρυμα\, έναν μη κερδοσκοπικό οργανισμό αφιερωμένο στον αγώνα κατά της λευχαιμίας.\n\n \nΣτη μουσική επένδυση της εκδήλωσης θα διανθίζουν οι:\nΒασιλική Χατζηαδάμου\, τραγούδι\, κείμενα\nΠαύλος Μιχαηλίδης\, βιολί\nΠαντελής Ιωνάς\, λαούτο\nΑνδρέας Ιωάννου\, κανονάκι\nΜιχάλης Μέσσιος\, μπάσο\n\n \n\n\nΣχετικά με το Γαστρονομικό Ταξίδι\nΑυτή η μοναδική γαστρονομική εμπειρία σας ταξιδεύει στην πλούσια γαστρονομική κληρονομιά της Κύπρου\, συνδυάζοντας εκλεκτά πιάτα από τοπικά παραγόμενα και προμηθευόμενα κυπριακά υλικά με τα καλύτερα αποστάγματα που βασίζονται στα αρώματα της κυπριακής χλωρίδας.\n\n\nΚάθε πιάτο και ποτό παρουσιάζεται με μια σύντομη ιστορική προοπτική\, παρέχοντας μια ματιά στο ζωντανό παρελθόν του νησιού\, μια σύνδεση με το παρόν και μια ματιά στο μέλλον.
